We don’t really “hire” programmers. We are loosely organized as a “coop” of gifted Bayesian Network programmers. If you, a freelance programmer, provide to ar-tiste a client that is interested in having a Bayesian Network written for it, then ar-tiste will split the labor and profit of servicing that client with you. Likewise, ar-tiste might petition you to assist it in servicing one of its own clients. In the future, ar-tiste might provide other perks to partnering with it. This is a new business model for ar-tiste, and further details on how to implement this idea will be decided (and re-decided until we get it right) in the future.
